main tasks
payroll related: take responsible for overall payroll process; social insurance, housing fund and iit check.
make sure payroll process is in compliance. support yearly external audit for finance and social benefits.
maintain employee information/personal information through hr system timely..
support to delivery other benefits, e.g. yearly physical check.
in liaison with 3rd part for hiring and termination local process and maintain personnel folders internally.
support to plan people cost budget and analysis; submit fte report concerning personal costs monthly.

main tasks
responsible for monthly closing, prepare monthly and annual reporting
in charge of daily routing accounting, including accounting voucher entry in system
check/review expense account, responsible for account bills, bank bills, cash and other financial documents over and statements
submit monthly and quarterly tax return
coordinate with external authorities such as tax, bank industry & commerce, and customs office etc., support internal/external audit, prepare related document
maintain and improve related finance working standard
